When moving into a new building, whose contact information should I request?
Depending on the type of building and number of staff, there may be a wide range of contact information to ask for. In addition to phone numbers and/or an email address, names and photos of each individual (if available) are obviously helpful. Here are a few that may be applicable:
- Super (direct phone line and/or cell phone)
- Property Manager (direct phone line and/or cell phone, email address)
- Doorman (direct phone line, email address)
- Management Company / Landlord Office (direct phone line and/or cell phone, email address)
If your building has additional amenities or services provided, other contact info could include:
- Concierge (direct phone line, email address)
- Garage (direct phone line)
- Health Center / Gym (direct phone line, email address)
- Shuttle Service (direct phone line, email address)
