About Marc (Principal & Founder)
A real estate veteran, Marc created Method Properties to deliver clients a great experience when buying, selling or renting a home in NYC. He utilizes his diverse background from technology, marketing and finance to provide expert guidance and solutions throughout the transaction process. His passion for innovation and creativity has contributed to his ongoing success. Marc lives in Greenwich Village with his wife, where they enjoy Washington Square Park as their backyard.
About Jeremy
A native New Yorker, Jeremy began his career in the city’s arts community. Combining his communication skills with his homegrown passion for the city, he became a residential specialist and has since worked in virtually every Manhattan neighborhood, from the classic co-ops of the Upper West Side to the luxury condos of Tribeca. Jeremy also loves working in Long Island City, where he currently lives with his wife Antonette.
About Julie
Priding herself on professionalism, honesty and solid knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, Julie works tirelessly for her clients. With a successful decade-long track record as a NYC real estate professional and Top Agent at Level Group, Julie has garnered a sterling reputation for her market savvy, keen listening abilities and tough negotiation skills.
