When moving into a new building, whose contact information should I request?

Depending on the type of building and number of staff, there may be a wide range of contact information to ask for.  In addition to phone numbers and/or an email address, names and photos of each individual (if available) are obviously helpful.  Here are a few that may be applicable:

  • Super (direct phone line and/or cell phone)
  • Property Manager (direct phone line and/or cell phone, email address)
  • Doorman (direct phone line, email address)
  • Management Company / Landlord Office (direct phone line and/or cell phone, email address)

If your building has additional amenities or services provided, other contact info could include:

  • Concierge (direct phone line, email address)
  • Garage (direct phone line)
  • Health Center / Gym (direct phone line, email address)
  • Shuttle Service (direct phone line, email address)
