Where does a lease signing generally take place?
Lease signings usually occur at the management company’s / landlord’s office. Generally, a representative will walk you through the lease signing process, answer any of your questions and provide you with contact information of a super and/or property manager who can help you coordinate your move-in.
However, when working with a real estate agent, the lease signing may occur at the brokerage firm’s office or another location, if the mgmt co / landlord prefers to have the agent handle the process separately.
